Committee Mission:
To promote conversations and initiatives that improve work-life balance and diversity, equity, & inclusion (DEI) in Colorado SE firms. To provide opportunities for community building for SEAC members. To utilize national SE3 resources to educate local engineers and firms about DEI topics.

2024 Committee Goals:
  • Lead discussion on mental health and burnout at the SEAC May General Meeting
  • Continue Read.Watch.Listen Discussion Group
  • Provide opportunities for community building and collaboration with other committees
